Any person violating any provision of this chapter thereof, shall be fined in the amount not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars, ($750.00). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as such. (Ord. 1431 § 6, 1996)
